Deadline for registrations is January 9, 2026

Register by December 1, 2025 to guarantee delivery of your Companion Guide prior to the start of the program. 

If you register after December 1, you may pick your Companion Guide up at the Arboretum or have it mailed to you. We cannot guarantee mail delivery by January 13th for those that register after December 1. 

Cancellation policy: Course registration is transferable to another student through Jan. 9, 2026 by contacting the Education Office at the contact information listed below. A $25 cancellation fee is applicable to all cancellations prior to Nov. 30, 2025; a $100 cancellation fee between Dec. 1-Dec. 30. No refunds after Dec. 30, 2025.
