Covid pre-cautions taken for yoga

• Masks must be worn during check in and until settled on your mat.
• Yoga mats will be spread apart by 9' during class
• Class capacity is limited to 25% space- no exceptions will be made to increase above capacity.
• Instructors will not practice hands-on adjustments of poses
• Attendees should be free of any COVID symptoms and not should not attend if recently exposed the virus.
